12-month warranty

Every product sold by TSOFTMART carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless a longer manufacturer warranty applies (in which case the longer term stands).

What’s covered

• ✓Hardware faults and component failures under normal use
• ✓Defects present from manufacture
• ✓Repair or like-for-like replacement at our discretion

What’s not covered

• ✓Accidental, liquid or physical damage, and normal wear (e.g. cables, batteries degrading over time)
• ✓Damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or power surges
• ✓Software issues and lost data

Making a claim

Contact us with your order reference and a description (photos or a short video help). We’ll guide you through diagnosis and, if covered, arrange repair or replacement. Keep your proof of purchase — the confirmation email is enough.
