How delivery works

Small parcels are priced by zone and added to your total at checkout. If your address does not match a zone, or your order includes something couriers price by size, we call or message you on WhatsApp to agree the delivery cost and timing — nothing is dispatched before you have confirmed it.

We are a small, growing business and we would rather tell you the honest cost for your specific location than advertise a flat rate we cannot keep to.

Some products are marked "Available to order" — we source these from our verified vendors after you order, which adds time before dispatch. The product page shows this before you buy, and we confirm the timeline when we contact you.

Delivery cost

The estimates below cover a standard parcel, door to door, and are there so you can budget the real total before you order. When your address matches a zone, that fee is added to your total up front; bulky or unmatched orders are confirmed with you before anything ships.

The total shown at checkout includes delivery when a zone matches. If delivery is quoted separately, it is added once we have agreed it with you.

Large or heavy items — mixing consoles, drum kits, PA speakers, UPS units — are quoted by hand, because couriers price those by size and weight rather than by zone.

Tracking

Once your order is confirmed you can follow its progress on the Track order page using the reference on your confirmation (TSM-XXXXXXXX) or your checkout email.

Failed or missed delivery

Whoever delivers your order will call the number on it first. If we can’t reach you, we’ll hold the parcel and arrange another attempt with you. This is why a working phone number is required at checkout.
