Delivery times

Free next-day delivery is available in Lagos and Abuja for in-stock items on orders placed before 4:00pm on a working day.

For other states, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your location and the courier serving your area.

Some products are marked "Available to order" — we source these from our verified vendors after you order, which adds 1–3 working days before dispatch. The product page shows this before you buy, and we confirm the timeline with you on WhatsApp or by phone.

Shipping fees

Delivery is free within Lagos and Abuja. For all other locations, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Pay on delivery

In supported areas you can pay by cash or transfer when your order arrives. Availability is shown at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

Once your order is confirmed you can follow its progress on the Track order page using the reference on your confirmation (TSM-XXXXXXXX) or your checkout email.

Failed or missed delivery

Our courier will attempt delivery and call the number on your order. If we can’t reach you, we’ll hold the parcel and try again the next working day. After three attempts the order returns to us and we’ll contact you to re-arrange.
