About these terms
These terms govern your use of TSOFTMART, operated by TSOFT Technologies Ltd. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep pricing and availability accurate; if an error or stock issue affects your order, we’ll contact you to confirm, amend or refund it before shipping.
Payment
Where we can price delivery to your address up front, you may pay by card at checkout through Paystack, and the amount charged covers your items and delivery together. Otherwise no payment is taken online: we agree the delivery cost and how you would like to pay directly with you, and nothing is dispatched until you have confirmed both.
Delivery, returns & warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Product content is provided for your reference and may be updated at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.
